Fondue Resources
We enjoyed a wonderful fondue dinner for New Year's Eve. It was a fun and festive way to bring in the new year. I served beef, chicken, shrimp, and a variety of vegetables. I also made tempura batter for the shrimp and vegetables. Of course there was also cheese fondues! Yummy!
I've posted some of the recipes that I used on this site and I wanted to share this resource that includes preparation instructions, cooking times, and tips for creating a fondue dinner.
