AdobeEvangelists - A great tutorial and tips site owned by two Adobe employees. There are many tutorials for Photoshop 6 and 5.5 and ImageReady, as well as many other Adobe products. There are also actions available at the site.

Eyes on Design - Lots of Photoshop tutorials, fonts, and other freebies. This site also has a Photoshop forum.

Photoshop Cafe - Special & text effect tutorials, & textures. Many of the tutorials also include actions that make the creation of special effects a breeze. This site also has a very active Photoshop forum that you can post questions to or discover great tips and techniques.

Eyeball Design - Tutorials and more for creating amazing interfaces in Photoshop. The site also features a very active Photoshop and Flash forum.

EEMix - A new auction site by our very own Jeremy! Go check out this site and start posting your items for auction.

Craigslist - Originally started in the San Francisco Bay Area, now serving various metropolitan communities. Craigslist is a community bulletin board for primarily "artistic" professionals. A great source for jobs. There is so much here, the list is broken up by metro/geographic area. There are several web development positions there now.
