

Rob and I are working on taking better care of ourselves. With our busy schedules, we’ve been running ourselves down. We joined Weight Watchers and we’re attempting to quit smoking. So far we’re doing better with the Weight Watchers; we’ve lost a combined 30 lbs. I’ve also been trying to make a point of taking the time to look at things that I wouldn’t really look at…Last night it was the back of the tea box.
